In my opinion there is no better way to express an idea of what is going on in someone's head than by using abstract art. As with all of this artist's pieces it is very original and different from what he has done in the past. However , the vividly bold and electric colors on dark background along with sharp lines express a consistent theme of happiness found in something sort of dark and morbid. As I followed the colors going in a circular direction I got sucked into the hole in the center of the page, but getting there was not easy. The circles aren't smooth and flowing, therefore my eyes had to keep changing directions while following the painting into the center. First left...then right...as soon as I got a smooth flow, BAHM! My eye would reach another sharp line and have to head the other way again. Sort of like racing through a labrynth...lots of dead ends and secret passage ways..it was no easy task to get to the focal point...really gets the point accross of a Burntmind. Excellent work!
