This is a computer generated image that I used Photoshop CS3 to create. It started as a close- up photograph of a piece of carpet that I had taken while at a Lowe's hardware store. I altered it a few different ways and this is the result that I came up with,

I really like how three dimensional the carpet looks. There is so much depth and detail...it almost looks like something David Lynch would have done with larvae. This artist continues to outdo himself in taking something as plain as carpet and putting a creepy twist on it.
